A few weeks ago, I decided to go buy a Turtle Beach Headset, knowing that there were two different kinds (Wired/Wireless), I wished to buy the one that was Wired to save time and cost of purchasing endless amounts of Batteries. I asked the Store Manager, he showed me a $200 Turtle Beach Headset, assured me that it was wired, and so I bought it. Once I returned home, I realized that it was not Wireless, it required Batteries to work... So, I returned it, and they refused to give me my money back, or even offer a trade-in discount for another purchase. For a Store Manager to look you in the eye and assure you that a product is what it's supposed to be, and lie is just wrong. I'm out $200, and the prices for buying batteries.
On another occasion just yesterday, I called up the same Gamestop to see if they had a certain game, the Employee said "Yes, we do." I told them to hold it for me, then drove up there to pick it up, only for them to say "Nope, we don't have it in stock. Our computer said we had one... But apparently we don't, sorry man."
GameStop Employee's need to step up their GAME for pitty's sake. They will not be getting anymore purchases from me... Do something about this.
That really sucks Xx. Try calling corporate and see if they will help, also file a complaint with the BBB and FTC.
