Vivint

Under a 4 year Vivint contract, had the system installed some time ago by a tech for ~$150. Two years later when I moved addresses, I followed the instructions on the official Vivint website to deactivate the panel and re-install the sensors in the new address myself. I tested it out, everything works fine. Vivint still wants to charge me $150 for having a tech come out just to change the service address.
