I was told by management that I needed to pay an additional 200.00, so that I could get off of the eviction list. I paid the past due balance and the additional 200 dollars. I was told by management that an eviction was filed and that was the only way to get out of going to court. Once the amount was paid, I was instructed that an the 200.00 would be taken off November's rent. I told the manager that I would be in on November 7 to pay the rent and she wrote down the amount that I needed to bring in.However, we came to a disagreement because she charged me an additional 75.00 late fee. When I came back with the payment of 75.00, I was told that an eviction had been filed. The manager and I exchanged words, and that is when i returned home to find my Ipad missing, but my locks or windows had not been touched. I asked the management she stated they opened the door(Illegal), but did not go in? two days after that another illegal entry was done and money was missing from my home. My safety is at risk and i am asking that something be done or I will have to break my lease. This lady is a thief because she is taking 200.00 from people and lying by saying she can override the courts. Which is not true according to the police department. At this point, my safety is my top priority. Living in these conditions is unbearable
