Discount Tire

Upon a visit to Discount Tire @ 7931, Southwest Fwy, Houston, Texas, 77074, on 04/18/2023 to replace 2 tires after they were finished when I got to work I was missing the 2 hubcaps. when I went back on 04/21/2023 to ask about them the missing hubcaps the Assistant Manager, Angel Vargas couldn't find them and told me he would order some replacements that would be there in 7 business days. I had called after that several times and he kept telling me they had not come in and that he would call me back. I gave up after that and bought some hubcaps on-line but have had trouble putting them on. Now I am still without hubcaps and have 3 (broke one of replacements I bought) new ones left. I have been a Discount Tire customer for well over 20 years and would appreciate some help from you guys/girls. Do you think you can help me with my situation? Thank-You, Lee Thackeray.
