I called your brake check located at 3825 Stella Link Rd at approximately 1:56 p.m. on 10/8/2023 and spoke with the manager () regarding the vehicle for Moses Beverly. I was greeted by the manager and we spoke about the current problem with her vehicle and I asked the question about the dates Ms. Moses had to bring her vehicle in for repeated service.
He advised me that she was scheduled to bring the vehicle back in on 10/9/2023 after 12:00 Noon and asked was it safe for her to drive her vehicle in the condition it was in.
He said it was a warranty issue, I reinterated that was it safe to drive the vehicle in that condition because you have a grinding noise coming from the brake area that controls the vehicle the manager hung up the phone without any explanation.
1. The manager lacks professionalism clearly he does not like to deal with adversity.
2. I would like to have someone email me back at [protected]@hotmail.com and I would like to know how many times does it take brake check to correct an error that was clearly pointed out by Ms. Moses on four different occasions.
If you can please have someone please call Ms. Moses with an favorable outcome to the repair of her vehicle would be greatly appreciated at [protected].

Desired outcome: The remedy is to have the vehicle repaired correctly and a possible customer service class for the manager at that location. Compensation for time loss.Ms. Landry
