I Martha Freeman signed a settlement agreement with Arnold and Itkin in regard to my son's settlement case in October 2023, now I am being treated nasty when I call by the legal assistants when I call regarding the settlement check. Then they are refusing to allow me to speak with the attorney Jason Itkin to discuss any details pertaining to my son's risperdal settlement check. The first incident occurred February and has continued to be an on going issue. Gina Graccia and Amila Torres are the names of the individuals.
Claimed loss: I am being treated like the enemy now that I have signed the settlement which is mentally and emotionally draining by the legal assistants.
Desired outcome: That I receive information stating when the check will be mailed, and I be able to stop being harassed by the legal assistants who are very unprofessional.

Signed a settlement offer months ago. Same story that they reach out to me when there a update. I have been involved with lawsuit before it doesn't take that long to tender a check for leans ex..They were also rude.There was 46 messages saying the same thing. Would not let me post photos

My name is Louranzo Fletcher Jr and if Arnold and Itkins have settled with Johnson and Johnson, why is it taking so long for them to send me my money. Every time my mom calls them, it’s excuses after excuses. Can I call Johnson and Johnson myself? I begin taking Risperdal in 2012 and Arnold and Itkins told my mom and I that Johnson and Johnson settled last year and that they had until December 2023. The last conversation mom had was that letter’s will begin to arrive beginning the end of January and I haven’t received anything yet? One Representative told my mom that he was waiting on a judge to sign off on my claim but that was back in October of 2022.
Desired outcome: When will I receive my money
The beginning of this year they told me it would be in July when I would get my settlement then when July came they told me December and now that December came they're telling me June
They have changed the date on me now 3 times. Then they called me today and said ur case is ready for settlement. Let me connect you to the settlement department... if they don't answer leave then a message to call u back and ur phone number and name... so I did... but wait why did I have to go through all this a d a foreign guy is always the one asking if my info has stayed the same or changed. I want to go to Texas and physically see if I can't go in and talk to them.
I'm going through the same, I signed my settlement offer in July it's now December and haven't heard anything from anyone.
Having the same problem with the same case i’m probably contacting the bar association
