My daughter and I were shopping in Forever 21 on November 6th, 2019. While my daughter was in the dressing room trying on clothing, a light fixture fell from the 14 ft ceilings and hit my daughter on the head. We immediately asked for help and asked for the manager. We also asked for an incident report. Not only did they not offer us any help. They would not allow us to fill out an incident report! So I made them take down our contact information. They said that a store manager would contact us in the morning to get an incident report filed. They contacted my daughter who is a minor instead of me as a parent! After getting the statement over the phone. They have repeatedly refused to give me a copy of that report and said that we are not party to that report. I explained, yes ma'am, we are party to that report, as that report and incident was about my daughter! I have contacted corporate and left messages, and no one has called me back. They have since ghosted us instead of trying to contact us any! The very least they could have done is offer to pay for the medical bills. But we have not even been called or acknowledged! Awful customer service, management, corporate management and obviously their building isn't safe if objects are falling from the ceiling on unsuspecting shopping customers! Just an awful experience at a store my daughter used to love to shop at!
