Children's Place - Lost package

My order number is [protected].
On November 30, I was in your Grapevine mills store and purchased several items. There were two items that you didn't have, and I told the sales person I have two granddaughters, and if they don't get the same thing, they get upset. She told me she could order the ones you didn't have (a sweater and booties. I immediately asked her how long it would take because we would be taking it out of town with us. She said it usually comes within a week, but to give it 10 days.

I did receive the sweater quickly. Well I was never sent an email as promised with my order ID, so I called on December 7 for an update. I was then sent the email with the tracking number and she said it looks like it would be delivered that day and UPS delivered it to USPS. Well it wasn't.
So I called back on the 13th because there was no update. I was told there was a new update. Sure enough I looked it up and there was a new update that stated it went back to UPS in Carrollton. However, when I checked over the next couple of days, the update on the 13th would disappear, and then reappear.
I called USPS and gave them them the tracking number. They did not have record of receiving it. I called UPS and they didn't have any record of having it and this "type" of service does not qualify for filing a lost package.
So I tried to call children's place (and also tracked on your website). I explained to her (Maria) how the update kept changing to the latest update being the 13th, and then back to being the 7th (below is a screen shot from today), and both UPS and USPS has no record of getting it.
I asked for another pair to be sent out. I was basically told it wasn't your policy to do that. And that I would need to work directly with the carriers.
So I paid you on the promise I would receive something by a certain time, and you could care less. As long as you got your money.

WELL YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. The stress this has caused me, not to mention having to deal with a very unhappy 4 year old on what should have been a happy day, is unacceptable. I will never set foot in one of your stores. You have earned the low customer rating that you possess.
Oh and I've called my credit card company and disputed this. So I hope it's worth it to you to have lost future revenues, and the time you will spend dealing with my dispute, which I will win because I don't have the merchandise and it's lost.
There are plenty other places to shop.

Desired outcome: Refund my money or send a new pair overnight
