On November 07,2023, Tuesday, at 4:30-5:15 pm to check air-check. I was frustrated waiting in the heat that long just for the air-check, so I called the store manager to find out if that line was for only discount discount tire customers or everybody. I was told that nothing he could do for me because and he is just service personal and then he heard and switched the call to manager, all he could do to give me corporate contact. He added that nothing he can do for me
because it was Discount Tire's corporate policy to invite everybody regardless
if they are Discount Tire customers or not. So it is my understanding that's Discount Tire is inviting the whole city to have a free air-check on my expense and my valuable time, while I have been a 23 years loyal customers to Discount Tire who are taking six cars for all tire needs to Discount Tire. is that Discount Tire doing their promotion free air check on my time and my gas burn in the heat. Let's say, well and good every business wants business wants promotion, but provide the resources to fill full customer demand and time accuracy and speedy service not even that there was only one attendant who constantly filling up air car after car in the heat, no canopy, no cool air or any cold drink except water, and I am sure OSHA loves to hear that too. In my opinion, I should not have to waited no more than 15 minutes just for air check. I believe that particular store misrepresenting a vert fake advertisement on people time.
I am sure that Discount makes billions and can spare extra attendants to expedite service or only allow Discount Customers with Loyal customer cards to receive free air service that will eliminate the long waiting time, and provide the comfort for attendants, air, coolant drink and canopy so they can breath to
serve, and if you can not do it one less customer will not affect your business.

Desired outcome: I need response ,and I need provide speedy service what you are providing and do not make feel loyal customer that you are providing free service on my time.Respect people time. Provide more attendants , provide OSHA requirement.
