On October 28 I went to Chicken Express and ordered a #5 Liver at 6:33pm and The cashier did tell me it was a 5-6min wait for liver and that was ok and by the time I made it to the window it was 6:35pm . I paid she gave me my drink and asked me to pull forward. After waiting about 20min I called the number on my receipt and ask to speak with a manager and he identified himself as Cory the manager. I explained to him I had been waiting for about 20min for my order and he asked what I ordered and he repeated it and in the background I hear someone say they haven't been dropped yet. So he tells me well it take 5 min to cook liver and 4 min for fried pickles you can wait a little longer. At that point I said ok got back in line and when I got to the window I ask the young lady at the window for a refund and she said you have been waiting a while and when and got Cory. So when Cory came to the window I ask for a refund and he was very rude tell me I need to give him his drink back and I told him that I didn't mind paying for it and he tossed my change like I did something to him... unexceptable.
