National Tire & Battery [NTB]

I took my car in a (2011 Ford Fiesta) to replace the serpentine belt and oil change and the NTB found a leak on the water pump. When replacing the water pump they didn't tell me that they did not have the tool to reset the timing which they threw the car out of time. They got it as closely as possible with a timing light and said they would order the tool. I waited for six weeks and they still didn't have the tool. I told NTB that I was taking the car to the dealer to get the car fixed and they agreed to pay the bill. Now remember I paid $850 dollars for their service which didn't fix the car. It has been another six weeks and they have still not paid the bill from the dealer. I have given them until Friday to pay or be taken to court. I can't get the district manager or the managers of the store to return my calls even though I now call everyday. NEVER USE NTB! After this is over I will close out my NTB account. DO NOT USE NTB!
