I have been a client at the CVS at legacy and Lebanon in Frisco, Texas for 23 years.
Recently, they changed the automated phone system and you can not speak to a person.
Furthermore, when calling about a prescription that was called in, there is no option for it.
The staff have always been professional and polite, as I have indicated many times for the in person visit.
I know they are busy, however the new system is not easily for customer service.
