These people are scammers and liars. Do not use them! they will take your money and then have a "nurse practitioner" diagnose you in a 5 min zoom call with whatever she wants so you only qualify for more expensive treatments and try to upsell you. They just take your money and don't deliver what they agreed upon. DO NOT USE THEM!

They lied on the first consultation to get my money. They lied on the zoom consultation at the clinic so I would pay more money for a different treatment I did not want. Customer service over the phone just yells at you and say they can't do anything, and refused to refund my money, paid for a service they refused to fulfill based on lies created by a person claiming to be a nurse over a zoom call. They updated my medical information form without my consent and locked me out of inputting the correct information.
