Walked in and the store reeked of marijuana and the employees as well... Not legal in Texas and they need to drug test all of the employees in that store. I had never been in there and swung in to grab a few things and was greeting with a very strong smell. I dont care what you do outside of work, but you shouldnt be able to smell it that strongly inside a store. It is unsafe!
Desired outcome: drug test all employees for safety

They quit testing for weed over a year ago now. I heard stories of people lighting joints in the smoking area in Tennessee.
I used to work there, from what we had heard from the managers who have a few select friends under them, Virginia had legalized recreational marijuana. Which is where the headquarters is. Apparently if they stop testing for weed at corporate it has to be company wide.
