Karin went in for a state inspection and they failed her windshield whipers without properly checking them. They tried to rip off my mother in-law Karin by telling her think she needed unesessary products and services and falsely failing her state inspection. They also "highly recommend" a radiator flush, when it's not due for another 22, 000 miles. They said it was low. However when we looked at it together, it was between the full and add marks.
Desired outcome: Free premium oil change
In addition to my complaint above, she went in for an oil change with a cupon to just pay 27.99 but her bill was almost 60. They said they used to wrong oil which was expensive.
