I paid 41 dollars to be loaded on my cash app act it showed thay it was loaded then five mins later I got another text saying it was canceled I contacted cash app and they told me that 711 canceled it not them so I went bavk to the store the manager gave me. A.Complaint nu. Ber to call which I did and they were supposed to send me. An email. Which I never got its been. Over a. Week now and I have gotten no awnsers or help I havent even. Gotten a response but incase its not on record this happens in forney texas at your store on clements dr at 3:17 pm july 31 2023 shift 1 register 2
Desired outcome: like the cash i gave you to be loaded into my.cash app.act
