Spoke with Manager, Shana Oh on 7/14/2020 to complain about memo I received telling me my account is suspended due to lack of payment and the two services I have paid for would be removed; Ms. Oh's response was "Well you do owe us..."
Tried to explain that my husband is high risk during Covid pandemic therefore I would not be able to have massage service done and my credit card would not be updated until we can receive massage services. This was also explained to "Christian" when he called AND he referenced it in his memo to suspend my account "We understand your husband is high risk... we will suspend and you do lose the services..." Wow - what a total lack of customer service and focus on money only!
Also, Ms. Oh acknowledged that their location has been closed since March 19, 2020 and just reopened in June, yet, my account is being suspended... this shows lack of customer service, lack of understanding of the pandemic we currently have... the only focus appears to be getting my updated credit card to charge me for services I can't use for several months.
I would like someone to review my account (Stephanie Talley) to reconsider removing the suspension during this pandemic; understanding I will update my card when I am able to receive services OR if my account is suspended, I should not lose the two services that I have paid for and are on file.
