Firestone Complete Auto Care

I dropped off my chevy sonic because of my ac wasn't working. They called me and told me the compressor is broken and needs to be replaced. It would cost $2, 100 because it's a "special part". I told him I'm sorry but I can't do that and I would have to pick up the car, he said it okay thank you and hung up. When I arrived to Firestone my window was rolled all the way down in the parking lot. I'm guessing if you say no they don't car what happens to your vehicle
