I am completely disgusted by how I have been treated here.
I had previously made an appointment for August 24th 2012 at noon many weeks in advance. I called the evening before at 8:21 pm to cancel due to family issues. The lady who answered the phone said it would not be a problem and of course I wouldnt be charged because I canceled more than three hours in advance.
Fast forward to the 24th. At 12:07 pm I received a voicemail stating that I missed my appointment. Really? I called back and explained that I spoke with someone the night before and canceled my appointment. They asked if I knew who I spoke with. Nooooo... I didnt pay attention to her name. Come to find out, they have no record of me canceling this appointment, so she told me she HAD TO CHARGE ME. I told her she did not have authorization to do this and she could have spoken to the girls who worked the night before to find out who made this boo boo. She proceeded to tell me that it was their policy to charge my credit card because I NO SHOWED THE APPOINTMENT - which I DIDNT!
She told me the manager would call me later that day and maybe I could work something out with her. Do you think I received a call? Nope. My husband called and asked to speak to a manager the next day and again was told the manager would call. Never happened.
You had better be sure beyond a shadow of a doubt that they can't fool you before you even think about calling this place. In fact, I would run far, far away from this pathetic excuse for a business. You know what the biggest joke of all of this is? I only made an appointment here because I was given a gift card. And they somehow got MY money, too.
