I hired Homesavers Foundation Repair to repair my foundation and level my house. They agreed to provide me an engineering report within 21 days and a lifetime transferable warranty. I tried calling many times and when I spoke to the operations manager, Clair Skinner, she said she would verify my paperwork and call me back. When she didn't call me back I started calling again. The voice mail was full or no one answered. I emailing and no response. I hired an engineer ($575)to do a report which revealed I need 6 concrete or steal piers around the southwest corner of the house, which Homesavers billed me for installing but did not place. I hired an attorney ($2500) to file a lawsuit. Their attorney agreed to a $3000 judgment but said I could not collect it because the company was insolvent, (but they had not filed bankruptcy). So now I have a house I can not sell due to foundation issues, no money for repairs, a worthless warranty, and no one will help me not the Texas Attorney General, not the Federal Trade Commission, no one!
