CiCi's Pizza

this incident happened on Wed Oct 28th 2015. The unit store is #6 . I went to this Cici's so far three times and every time is something else. The 2nd time my wife and i went with my child and she requested some fresh brownies and the manger caught an attitude stating that they only make fresh brownies in the morning. So that's the only time ? The one that was on the tray was hard and cold and that's what you give to your customer ? Then when your customers request it you reject ? The manger had headphones in her ears acting like she didn't want to serve us. That already pissed me off. Then on Wed, again my family went with I and my best friend. My best friend wanted some fresh brownies and the young man at the counter he said he would. So he went to the back and came back with a tray of brownies . My wife went to grab some and it was rock solid and cold like he just pulled it out the freezer. That's when I was done with it. YOU CAN'T ADVERTISE AND NOT SELL WHAT YOU ADVERTISING ! THAT DON'T MAKE SO DAMN SENSE. THAT PLACE IS ALWAYS FILTHY AND NASTY. THE WORKERS DON'T EVEN LOOK LIKE THEY WANT TO WORK THERE. this is pissing me off by the damn minute. I work at whataburger and we know better then that. when ya'll go out to eat ya'll want good customer service. you gotta give to get it back. what I got on Wed was complete bs. Then when my best friend ask what the store unit was she gave us the store phone number. Ima need ya'll to get better workers and mangers. Ya'll just hire anybody I see.
