Walgreens - Window service for medication pick-up at window

Waited from 2:12 pm to 2:46 pm to pick up medication at Walgreens store, 5702 Weber Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78413. Twice I was told to wait with no further explanation.

Only one person was working taking care of in store customers and same person assisting vehicles at drive thru window.

This issue should be resolved and have additional clerks work assisting the pharmacy.
