Dollar Tree

I was visiting the dollar tree located in fm 1103 in cibolo tx and there is this employee by the name of sharon. She overcharged the customer a dollar with yes is not a big deal but she insulted the customer when she came back, was rude and then said she was all about customer service and she's not. Retail is not for her. Another employee was going to do the right thing and giver her the dollar she overcharged her as an "accident" and she started screaming and I quote "you are not to move, you are not giving her nothing back, she can pick anything she wants but I don't want to get in trouble". All of this for just a dollar.. Another person would had just given her the dollar and be done with it, but she was fighting a customer over a dollar, totally wrong. Then to the next customers she started saying she was all about customer service, that she did good and that the customer was rude. No you were rude! You stole from a customer a dollar! Anyways I ended up leaving my things and leaving. I will not shop here again. I as a customer, do not need to witness those actions by an employee, nonetheless saving face to other customers that were there after, no sorry...
