Hello Macy's Administration
Today Thursday September 7/23 between 10:00 10:30 I stop at your store at the Domain, Austin TX to look for a pair of Athletic shoes the sales person was an African American lady she was sitting, and loudly talking on her phone, she never came up to me, and ask me if I needed any help, so I went to her and ask her for 2 pairs of shoes to try which I end up buying a pair, also she asked me to bring her the shoes that I was not going to buy?... my message to you is that your employees should not be on their phones while they are working, the customer is more important. I also needed to buy some t-shirts for my husband, so I went to the second floor found some different brands on sale, but I have some questions on them, look and look for a sales person and there was not a soul around, so I decided to get 2 packs since no body could help on my questions, I go to the cashier to pay for them and again no body there, I search and finally found someone, Expend $200.00 but let me tell you need to add some employees, ASP take care of your customers.
