We rented Submersible Pump 2" for two days not knowing how long we would need it. Was told can bring back earlier and will receive credit on payment. Total cost was $112.04 with expected date return July 26th.
Turned out we did not need it at all and was NOT even used. Rented July [protected]@ 11:50am and RETURNED unused pump and accessories, same day July 24th, 6 Hours 3 Minutes Later. We ended up with a total CREDIT of $12.65 on our card. The pump was new and never used so manager could tell it was not used at all!
This is absolutely NOT the definition of Customer Service and actually taking advantage of the Customer.
Deposit of $50, rental chg $30, Damage Prot $4.50, Sales Tax $2.85, contract total $37.35, Deposit credit paid $50.00, Balance Returned $12.65.
