VERY RUDE and disrespectful customer service, the woman that works there does not belong
To any customer service job, unprofessional rude and she has no respect for any customer,
Not wearing any mask, cold as ice.
I don't understand how a big company like AVIS allow people like that to be on the desk
Representing this company, you guys should fire people like that, hey are ruining the company
And treating very bad customers in need.
Unbelievable
P.S. I am a manager, people like that with me last 30 secs
