On 2 May 21 I was in my frequently visited 7-Eleven store @ 5445 US-209, Austin, TX [protected] at approximately 1435. I purchased gas, paid for the pump, but there was no paper in the machine to collect a gas receipt. I then entered the store to purchase 2 SF Slurpee. The desired low sugar/sugar free flavor was no working (recurring problem). I then purchased 1 other flavor (not sugar free) Slurpee. There were no long Slurpee straws for my Slurpee (recurring problem). As I went to the register to pay I encountered an employee (male) and spoke to him about the frequency of the inoperable Slurpee choices (machine is always in a state or operability!)
When paying and planning my complaint, the fellas at the register could not even give me a receipt because of no paper in the register! Then I ask for the store # and they did not seem to know it! Maybe store # 36597?
I LOVE 7-ELEVEN! But this store needs help. I am a rewards' customer #[protected]... Just make it where I can have a sugar free Slurpee when I want it! This machine is out of order or poorly maintained 98% of the time! Thanks a lot...
