Golden Corral - Service

I went into the restaurant with my daughter on Saturday evening, 3/12. Although she and I have been on the weekend many times, the price was much higher than I have ever paid. In fact, the price is different almost every time that I go with my daughter. This is very sketchy. It should be the same price every time that I go for dinner.

I go enough to know that there is no difference between the weekend buffet and the weekday evening buffet. If there is nothing different, then why are we charged nearly $15 more to eat on the weekend? Why is the price different when I go during the week?

My last trip to GC on 3/12, I received my receipt, but it had no code to enter for the app. I went and asked the manager what I could do about it and she said it has nothing to do with her. It is the system. I asked what I could do to get the code and she said she could not help me. I looked at her and she said "don't look at me like that... my kids are gone from home so don't look at me this way. I cannot fix this"

I literally had to walk away from this woman. I have never been so disrespected at a restaurant. She had no interest in helping me find a solution, then spoke to me like I was a child.

I would like to know what I can do about this issue with the frequent changing prices, the receipt code that I never received so that I can enter it into the app and get my points, and the rude manager. I called corporate office the next day after the receipt experience and have waited a week for a callback. I have not gotten one as of yet so I am sending this message.
