Grand Homes - price negotiation with honoring prices on the paper!

Even within a single price negotiation they change the prices for more than tens of thousands up and down and tell me every month the prices will be coming up like that... Totally a waste of time in negotiation, no number is honored... And I found it so hard to believe even a thing from their sales, they have no decision right and promising offers keep coming back.
