Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com - visa payroll card services

Note:my daughter was paid through The money Network scam by Texas Roadhouse.I think the only way to stop this type company is to quit supporting the company they process pay cards for so if everyone will list the company that is using this company for their payroll we can boycott those companies until they change their pay their employees.

After spending 4 weeks trying to get my daughters Pay off this card and returned to her I am not happy.I for one will never eat at Texas Roadhouse again unless they change Payroll providers.

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com - unwilling to close account and send balance

For two months my wife and I have been trying to close an account associated with your "Money Network" on behalf of our daughter, a minor. We have faxed a request as instructed by "customer service agents" at the [protected] which is provided on her statement on two occasions. Since April 1st my daughter has been unable to use the provided debit card to either spend or withdraw her money. The card's expiration date was 3/15 yet we have not received any replacement card nor have our attempts to close this account produced the check we were promised within 10 days of the faxed request being sent. During that period of time, however, your multi-million if not multi-billion dollar corporate bank has seen fit to deduct $5.90 per month from a minor for account maintenance and printed paper fees on an account with less than $100 in it. Upon receiving her latest statement dated 7/15/15 in the mail today, I placed another phone call to customer service asking why this account has not been closed yet. Apparently there is still no record of a fax ever being sent or of any of our verbal inquiries into this account. The rep has now asked me to provide the date that the letter was faxed along with a new copy of the letter. I cannot express strongly enough how disgusted I am with the lack of attention and the ethics shown to date by this company thus far. It is truly disgraceful.

I am in this exact same situation at the moment; although not comfortable with faxing my personal information. Was this ever resolved for you?

Money Network Financial / EverywherePaycard.com - false information/inability it access funds

I work for a company that requires that you be paid in a "paper-less" fashion. I do not have a checking account so I opted for the ADP Total Pay Card. I received the card 26hrs prior to filing this complaint. Since then I have tried of 30 times to activate my card, at which point I am disconnected with because they "are experiencing technical difficulties". Upon calling, I could not speak to customer service because my card is not yet activated, and you have to use it to log into the system in order to contact customer service. However eventually I was able to by just pressing pound (#) when it asks for card number about 4-5 times. They told my 16 hrs ago that it was a system update and would be complete within 2 hrs. It is now 16 hrs later and I am now receiving late fees on 4 different bills. I contacted customer service again only to have him tell me "it should be done within the hour", but has yet to be "updated". I know this seems relatively mild for a complaint, but I have seen many similar complaints all over the web with this particular companie. My point is this: They outsource their customer service so as to use a language barrier as an excuse to give false information, yet this is the ONLY way to contact them... they do not even provide an email to customer service, or a number to the bank that manages them. The only human contact you are able to have, is someone willing (and all0wed) to lie, and tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. It is my opinion that too many large corporations like this are allowed to run legitimately with no need for regard for their customers, and a legal wall up to prevent us from doing anything to have our problem fixed.

ADP Total Pay Card/ money network/ Meta Bank Should not be in business in the USA !
Please people do not let your employers enrolled you with these names that I had mentioned! They are not legitimate
financial institution. They claim they are virtual bank and does not have any physical Address to reach them or any supervisor that you can talk to.
Basically, you are at their mercy on top of your hard earned money deposited in their system. They ran like a third world Country business in United states more like a scam! That is sad, very frustrating and scary. They are con artists!
I was encourage by my Company to sign up for Direct deposit with ADP. I had no reason to assign with ADP I did it because my company suggested that most employees to use ADP. I have my bank account with a credible bank that I can trust which is bank of America. That Meta Bank when I call the so called customer service line and a lot people sounded like they don't speak English .They either sounded like they are oriental or from India.
What had happened? I was no longer working for my company anymore, so I have large amount of morning over $11000.00 remaining on the card which I normally have large amount of money on that card. The thing is my card expiring, so they charged me to replace it also I had to call them and let me know. They never sent me any notice by mail or when I spoke to them they never mentioned there was a 3.99 and later $5 maintenance Monthly fees to hold the money on the card. They have been charging the fees for over a year .
Also I did not know they had a $ 3.00 for every transfer you make .Once I found out I was being charged the monthly maintenance fees. I told them I wanted to transfer all my money then close the card. When I went to make the transfer the system malfunctioning transfer only $1100.00 charged me $3 transfer fee.I called several times on 05/08/2017 and asked to speak with a supervisor the customer service guy he called himself Shan said supervisor was on the other line then hanged up on. That shan person said the only how that I can get my money from them I had to fax one of the check the employees had giving me years ago and write my phone number on it.
I called again I found this lady customer person then started telling me about all the fees and how much money that I can as a transfer daily. It was the worst experience of my life . These people acted like hackers! i thought I lost all my money. I wish no one had to go through with what I went through with ADP/Money network/Meta bank..

I filed a dispute for $362 months ago, and included all the information i had, including a police complaint # at that time. I was denied because i didnt have a completed police report, and because the person who removed the funds had a secondary card attached to my account. I explained to money network that i had never given this cardholder permission to transfer funds, and i wouldnt have lost this money if i hadnt had to repeat all my account information, including my account # and security codes to their agent because money network had changed the "sign in" format for online banking. My identity was copied by this person, who was in the next room when i was talking to the agent, and was copied and used to obtain the money by fraudulent means. I have since appealed, sending a completed police report, to the dispute dept. Who not only have refused to return my calls to them, but have failed to act in any manner to resolve the issue. I should have had "provisional credit" while this matter was handled, considering this company is fdic insured. The only person that has helped in all of this is a representative from metabank, the parent company, who sent a request for disposition to theit "acceleration team"

So I called ADP to find out my routing number. I spoke with two different people to be told I need to verify my identity by emailing my DLs and SS number. I said never mind I don't need it and hung up. I mean that seems a little fishy sending your info. So the next day I pump gas, go to pay and find out my card has declined. Tf? So I call and speak with two new people...getting transferred.. I wish I could have an easy ### job transferring a 15 phone call...any who the 2nd person said my account had been closed for security reasons regarding my request for my routing number. Lovely, my check was just deposited. They tell me I have to email my info (SS&DL) so I do. They tell me its a 24 hour hold while they check my info. It's been longer than 24 hours. Is this 24 hours Mars time? I'm refraining from calling back because I'm so angry, the first representative is gonna feel my raft...and when they transfer my call to the next person they're gonna be reminded that they work for a shiity ### company. I'm not the one to be rude.. But they are messing with my money.

I work for an employer that required me to use this stupid money network adp card which I ended up losing. When I called and let them know that I lost the card they insured me they would send me a new one within 7 buisness days. After seven days has passed, i called again and had them transfer the money to my chase checkings account, they said it would be completed within 48 hours. It has been three days, still nothing. I called today and asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me. They said the transaction would be completed by 6:15pm. If i cant access my money by then i will have to call AGAIN and be super pissed and have to speak to managment. Im gonna raise hell this is crazy. SCREW THIS COMPANY YOU GUYS ARE TERRIBLE! NEVER GET ONE OF THESE CARDS!

I ended up losing my wallet one day, so I asked adp to put a hold on my card. (For obvious reasons) ADP first issues you a red card then sends you a permenant card some time after but I had never recieved it. So I asked them to send the newer card which they obliged. I had found my wallet later that day and called them to remove the hold on the old card but according to them when they send you another card adp completely deactivates the old card and I have no access to my account whatsoever until I recieve this new card. The stranger part is that i've told whoever on the phone countless times that my "street" is an "avenue". But she keeps repeating "street" and assuring me its right saying that it will arrive here. Which is 7 to 10 business days anyways. Why would you not allow activation of the card when you recieve it rather than locking your customers out of there account? I have no way of accessing my funds. No food, no gas, no leisure until these rat ### send me a card which may not come to this address anyways. I tried to see if the could transfer funds into my Onpoint account but that in itself takes 2 to 7 business days to verify. These people are not customer friendly. I for one will advise anyone I know to avoid them at all costs. I will be opting for direct deposit into my regular bank account, cutting up those cards and telling them to shove it.
