McDonald's Restaurant #26248 Springfield, TN, The employees at this store aren't friendly and talk about other customers negatively when they are right there. Since McDonald's changed their application when ordering by mobile a cup of water cannot be added to the order. I go through the drive thru every Monday through Friday. I place my order by phone and never have the option to add a cup of water to my order. When I get to the sign to give my order number, I ask them to add a large ice water. They tell me they will add it to my order. I drive to the first window, and they give me my receipt where they are not friendly except for Emily. She is great but not always at the window. I drive to the second window, and they are rude and say you didn't pay for the water or just say just give it to her. I don't mind paying for anything. I can afford it. But the way I am treated at the window is rather rudely. I always tell them thank you and have a great day. They bark at me or give me a rude look. Today two managers were at the window talking rudely about me. Then one of the managers rudely said you were supposed to pay for this water. I said I paid for what I was asked. They said they rung up your water separately and you should have paid for it. I told them no one at the first window told me this or ask for any money. They said well you should have paid for it. I said did you tell the person at the first window? They said you should have known. I took my water and said thank you. They just gave me a rude look. I understand why it is so hard to be kind to people. I work in a customer service environment, and I always treat people nicely even on difficult days.
Desired outcome: Please have this store be kind to everyone and fix the app so you can order a large ice water or give it to me free. Emily at the first window is always very friendly when she's there.
