My name is louise speer, me and my family was visiting Nashville tn for the holidays, and my husband wanted Krystals, so we chose the one on Lebanon pike, around 9.30 PM on a Friday night, we placed our order coming to around 30.00, we was asked to pull around. By a very rude and intoxicated woman.. It was very hard to understand her. We pulled around, to find a older black lady, she smelled of a mixture of alcohol and marijuana.. The marijuana smell was so strong my, 10 yr old son asked me mommy what is that strange smell coming out of the restaurant.. I asked the older black lady if she could close the window until our food was ready, due to the smell, and she rudely told me if I didn't like the smell I could take my [censored] somewhere else, I then asked for corporates number and she slammed the window in my face, no food and she kept my money I kept sitting at the window, and she started cussing me through a closed window.. Until she finally walked off. Now my question is... Is this the type of people that Krystals has working for them, we all work hard for our money and definitely don't need a Krystal employee stealing money from us...
