Meineke Car Care Center

I took my car to store Meineke in Madison, TN. And was discriminated. The manager, Robby Brogdon. He took two coupons from the white female before me. And it clearly stated you can only use one coupon during the same service. But when I present my coupons, her refused to take them. I had three different coupons I could have used and he refused all three coupons. A white female came in, after he had just turn me down, and he asked her if she had any coupons. Why do the color of my skin, or the fact that I’m a woman of color, has to decide? What kind of service I receive. Also he tried to say he had given me a discount, unaware I had gotten an estimate the month before. The manger inflated the amount, after I spoke to make it seems as if he had given me a discount. Which he had not, and I can prove this. Also 20 years down the drain. I will not be returning.
