I have called customer services and spoke to the people in the office and no one is doing anything. I spent almost 3 thousand dollars for cool sculpting and was talked into doing the membership to get a laser treatment on my face any way I spoke to the sales consultant in the office and I recordered this whold conversation because I told her I wasnt waisting money if this wasnt going to work she accured me I would see results after one treatment when I went back months later to talk about the procedure I explained I was not happy that it did nothing she then said you will need more than one treatment I explained that isnt what the lady that took my money told me and that I can play the recorded conversation if she would like. She said she would open a claim and I would hear back from them. I did receive a call from the claims dept saying to bad nothing they could do I told her I had a recorded converstion and she also said to bad. This place should be shut down I work hard for my money and saved to have this done I could of went and had liposuction for the same price and had gotten results. They are sneaky and only wont your money
