I am BEYOND PISSED! I went in to pick up my Tiffany glasses which in total cost me over $800. I sat down and put them on and they fit perfectly. The lady who got them for me said, "Let me see them for a minute, they are too close to your face." I didn't know what that meant but I took them off and gave them to her like she asked, thinking she was going to use a tool to loosen a screw or something... I didn't know. I didn't realize until it was too late that she was holding them over what was some sort of heating device and then she began physically bending the frames in different directions. I was MAD, to say the least! When she gave them back, they did NOT fit as well as they did before and felt stretched out of shape. I told her they did not feel as comfortable as they were before and I didn't like what she'd done. She then proceeded to heat them two more times, trying to get them to how SHE thought they should sit on my face! She tried to convince me that they were "right" now. But all I could tell was they FELT looser and stretched out of shape! When she saw my facial expression and could tell that I was upset, she started saying she could put them back. She FINALLY gave me a mirror, trying to let me "see" that they looked good. Too little, too late! She SHOULD have given me a mirror the first time and let ME determine if I liked how they looked or not. And instead of saying "Let me see them for a minute, " she should have TOLD me what she was planning to do with them, should have TOLD me that she was planning to use a heat gun and bend them out of shape. That way, I could have told her, absolutely NOT! I had my PERFECT fit and I could see great, without "feeling" like they were coming off my face! Over $800 for a pair of bent out of shape glasses! As far as I'm concerned, they owe me a NEW pair! And she shouldn't be allowed anywhere near them! For THAT much money, only I get to decide how they look and feel! She can adjust her own glasses! Yeah... I am DEFINITELY BEYOND PISSED!
