I made reservations for some friends for 2 nights in 2 separate rooms for June 20 and June 21 2019. They decided to leave early and checked out before 11 am on June 21st. I received the receipts with credit balances. I called the hotel and was told that I should expect my refund within 3 business days but he also told me that it could take as long as 15 days. I waited 15 days plus and called the hotel again and was told that I would have to speak with the general manager. I waited a week and called the hotel and asked for the general manager and they took my name, number and the reason I was calling. It has been 3 days and he has not returned my call nor do I expect him to.
