In Sept 2020 I purchased a microSDHC card. Someone told me I needed it to activate my phone. As it turned out I did not need it. I put it and my receipt in my purse. I didn't return it until March 2021 because of the COVID-19 I didn't get out except for things I needed to do.
When I decided to return the card I walked into Radio Shack and the male employee asked how he could help me. I gave him the card and told him I wanted to return it. He looked it over as if I had opened it and said It doesn't look like it's been opened. That made me feel like a criminal. Then he handed it to the lady behind the counter. She looked at the receipt and said You purchased this in September 2020. They never explained their policy and just stared at me, like what are you doing here. It wasn't much money involved but the cold way I was treated and at least they could have explained to me nicely. I just turned around and walked out.
Desired outcome: just tell those people to be nice to their customers.Isn't the customer always right?
