Today I went to purchase a few items for my mother in law! Not only did some of my coupons not attach but she said I got the wrong stuff and paid to much! To return it! Ok I sent my husband in because the baby was screaming in the back seat! He comes back out says the employee accused him of coupon fraud? Obviously the employee don't know how to highlight and deduct the coupons off the receipt! Said my refund was more than I paid! Duhhhhhh you take the coupons off! Well I go in and she tells me the manager is calling corporate blah blah! Ok so now I never shop at family dollar I was gonna start, but all my and my husbands family on lantana do! But not anymore! Just because she dont know how to do her job you do not accuse ppl of couon fraud! I've returned things many times before! You highlight and subtract common core math if you made it past kindergarten! I meed someone to call me asap! I can see why family dollar is going out of business their customer service sucks!
