I just want to share with you my experience on my last visit to your restaurant in Cordova TN. First thing, the gentleman taking order at the drive thru could not have been any more unfriendly. He was short in his attentiveness and patience while I placed my order. Just down right unconcerned in get my order correct. Once I got to the window. The same terrible disposition and attitude quoted my price. Thinking that the price was a little price. I look at my receipt and saw an order of garlic shrimp thst I order was added to my order. Not wanting to continue this interaction I took my bag. I checked the content of my bag and noticed that the oreo cheesecake was missing. After sitting and waiting he opens the refrigerator and put a cheesecake in a bag. I have attached a picture of the receipt and the cheesecake I got. This was the worse experience I've every had at any Captain D's. All I ask is that I get what I ordered and just a decent interaction with your employee.

Desired outcome: That I get my paid for item and compensation for the unprofessional way I was treated.
Captain D's - didn't receive my loaded potato with my food
Simply didn't receive my loaded potato 🥔 she hadn't me my food said "have a nice day" get home no potato, they where busy I guess I don't really know but I would like a refund or something because I expect to have my food and I didn't but everything else is ok just no potato so Is it possible for you all to do something order 371 guest 001
