First and foremost when I first arrived at Waffle House I was almost knocked over by the "manager on duty Ky" who was horse playing with another employee. Then when my order was called he lends on the grill for an additional 3-4 minutes before dropping any food; my server overheard my conversation with my sister and she told her manager to hurry up and drop the food and he responds and say girl don't be rushing me. She informs him that I made a comment about it and he then leans back and look at me and makes the smart comment "it's going to be 38 minutes to an hour on my food." When I did receive my food, my bread on my sandwich was burnt. And as a manager he never tried to address the situation nor apologize for the horrible customer service!
