What corporate "scholar" came up with new procedure to buy tickets at concessions along with food and now have to pick seats? Are you insane? 9/24/2019 got to theartre 1:15 for 1:30 pm to see Ad Astra. Normally this would be plenty time to get into our seats & watch previews. We normally do not buy food/drinks. Not this time! Didn't get to seats until 1:35. Are you kidding me?! Went to concessions and there were three very long lines waiting for both tickets & food. Many people just wanted tickets (as we did) yet we were forced to wait in long lines where food & tickets were ordered & then have to pick seats. This is simply assine! A few of us asked the manger to have one line just for tickets so it would go faster. He just ignored us. If you are trying to save money by not having a person outside to buy tickets, you are going LOSE money cause people will stop coming. If you are going to keep the concessions/tickets policy, please advise your managers that when you have 20+ people lines, the manager needs to have discretion to have one line for tickets only. Of course the sign also said "to avoid long lines, buy tickets on-line" so you can make more money for ticket fees. However even if you bought tickets on-line but wanted food/drink, you would still have to wait in long lines for only food/drink. Do any of you corporate brainiacs see how stupid & insane this new policy is? You are trying to cut staffing & costs AND at the same time alienate & piss off your customers. This sounds like a brillant business plan, don't you think?!
