T.J. Maxx - Emploee name Zoila hiding Rar Dunn for famile and friens that are in her upseller group

I am getting so sick of the employee named Zoila hideing rae dunn for her upselling group, im sure she is making more selling rae dunn than working at the store but she is causing a big problem This morning she had it in a spot for her friend Amie to get to it first and she "while working" stood on her cell phone and blocked others from getting anything new. I have seen Zoila bring a bag from the back and hand rae dunn to her group, I have seen her multiple time shoe them where it is hidden . I even heard Zoila "while working" say F**K you to another rae dunn hunter that was not in her group. complaints were made and nothing was changed.

Desired outcome: So many complaints have been made abut Zoila I dont see anything changing
