Dental Works - crown for root canal

On July 2, 2019 I went to Dental Works because I had a tooth ache. They told me they could do a root canal on it. I had to go back three different times because they said the crown did not fit. The last visit was 11/4/2019. They said it was the lab. On the third visit when it did not fit again I told them I wanted my money back. I paid $1653.00 the full amount they said it would cost before they did the work. They said you have to pay upfront, which I understand that part of it. Little did I know that I would have to get another dentist to finish the process. I was so tired of having to go in late to work and dealing with the pain of my gum every time they took the temp off and tried to put the crown on that did not fit. On my way to work the office manager at Dental Works called and said she would get me a partial refund and I could come back in and have another dentist look at it and try to fix it. If it was the lab it would never be right. I said no way am I coming back for any procedure there. On the same day I left Dental Works I got another dentist to look at my tooth on the same day I left Dental Works on 11/4/2019. This dentist and hygenist said my temporary was not put on right. It had a chip on it when they put it on my and I have my xrays to prove it from Dental Works. They also messed up the tooth behind it by flattending out the corner of it which I have the xray from Dental Works to prove the before and after of how my tooth next to it looked before they started the root canal. I think I need a full refund of my $1653.00 dollars and not just a part of it. All of my co-workers think I should sue for pain and suffering but I would like to resolve this before I have to go further. Please contact me immediatly. This whole nightmare has been going on since July and is still not finished.
