At 7:42 my child ask for a strawberry frosty through the drive through and the young lady said, "No" and my son ask can he get a vanilla frosty and she said, "No" without even explaining why he couldn't get it. So he ask can I get a cheese burger and fries. Her attitude as a customer service was very rude and she wasn't at all polite when we got to the window. This incident happen on 6/27/2022 at 7:42pm. This kind of attitude will turn customers away and she's (#3393) a poor representative of Wendy's.
Desired outcome: That they hire workers that wants to be at work and whatever problems they have they don't bring it to work and be rude to their customers
