Both of the Waffle House in Restaurants In Gaffney, SC

Calling in an order is impossible at the two locations in this city. I actually set in the parking lot on 8/13/2023 at 1522 West Floyd Baker Blvd and watched the entire staff stand outside and smoke cigarettes, while I was calling the establishment's phone! Three people had on waffle house uniforms, so that is how I knew it was the staff. I got out of my car and went inside and set down. All three employees come in behind me. I didn't complain to them because I felt like they already had displayed bad customer service by poor communication, not answering the phone while the entire staff take a smoke break! I smoke and understand needing a smoke, but we still have a job to do.
