Firestone Complete Auto Care - Tire alignment

12-01-2021

The rack & pinion was replaced on my 2010 Chevrolet impala at firestone store #3123 on 11-27-21, and now they can not get the tires aligned. Are the technicians ASE certified at this location? I am taking my car to creel tire in Florence, SC today to have work that has been done reviewed. I am not sure if my car is safe to drive.
