When I got to the register to purchase my item there was only 1 register open. I stood there for 20 minutes because I had 2 people in front of me. The lady had a problem with on of her items. By this time I'm already in line 15 minutes no problem but I look back and the line is wrap around. I then walk over to a young lady who was on the floor and I said to her. Are you guys gonna open another side and she said with much attitude I'm waiting to get my money. The manager on duty act as if she didn't even care about the customers and there time. This is very poor customer service
