At first an Appointment was Set with Management and I was late which was fine because I had nothing but Time that Day. I have Split ends and I know that. Still until this Day I do. I went to get Service a Week ago from this Complaint and wasn't in the Chair for 5 minutes. I paid and gave a Tip. I will never Trust them again; I specifically thought the Service was going to be better; especially from Management doing my Hair.
