And told me him or the property manager on duty would come back and do something about the carpet in my room which is 311 well the maintenance guy finally comes back about an hour later to get the water up by using a carpet cleaning machine I asked how long will it take to dry he said he didn't know and for me to open my door and window and let it air dry I went back to the front desk and ask to be moved and I was denied I asked to speak with the property manager and I was denied as well the front desk guy stated he's not gonna do nothing for you so theirs no need for you to talk to him well here it is Sunday and my floor is still wet and it stinks in here really bad and I'm paying $260 for this room and I have to deal with this type of treatment and why are we paying $260 a week and the sign clearly says $230 weekly rate I have been leaving my door open and window open when I'm here but when I leave I can't leave it open because of my things my get stolen can you please resolve this issue before I take action and call the better business bureau and I have black mold in my bathroom around the tub I had to put blankets down so I can walk around my room because the floor is still wet
