We have now had to reschedule our purchased refrigerator four times. Several problems have occurred between Lowes and the Delivery contractor leading to missed appointments and damaged appliance materials. The staff at this Lowes - Ellis Oak location appears to be worn out and not overly customer friendly. Managers Christian and Carli don't return calls, or follow-up as requested. There is no excuse for such errors, miscommunication, and apathy.
Desired outcome: Seeking to have Lowes revisit its customer service practices.We request a $100 customer service courtesy credit as compensation for this repeated scheduling.
